Healthy breakfast

What did you have for breakfast today?
Most Malaysians go for the typical local breakfast like nasi lemak, roti canai, noodles, pau... delicacies you can get from the market, coffeeshops or mamak stalls. I love them, too...

Just that sometimes it's good to have some good old healthy simple meal which you can put together at home. Something like ...

Wholemeal bread, lean meat and vegetables...like this:

Of course some will say that ham is not healthy - it's processed meat and contains all kinds of things which are bad for you... but then, hey - unless we rear our own animals for food (aiyorrr...!), we can't really have 100% super-duper healthy food lah... so this will have to do for the time being.
