Puchong Yong Tau Fu

Puchong Yong Tau Fu
Jalan Masjid, Batu 14
Kg Bahru Puchong
Puchong
Direction: It's just further across the road where Han Ming Chinese Primary School is located.

Ever since I was introduced to this Yong Tau Fu place, I have been hooked on it. Nothing beats the freshness of the yong tau fu here, because...

...they only stuff the fishpaste into the various vegetables, fuchook (beancurd skin) and taufu puffs after you have selected your pieces from these baskets...

The freshly fried dumplings - 3 varieties, can be selected from here...

Once you have made your selections, they will stuff the fishpaste in and then cook the stuffed yong tau fu in their very delicious soup, with lots of sayur manis...and this is what you get...

Their fishballs are all irregular-shaped as they are freshly scooped from the mountain of fishpaste in the kitchen!

Your selected fuchook and taufu puffs will be fried on-the-spot to yummy crispiness, like these...

They also have some ready-cooked dishes like curry wildboar, chicken rendang, hakka char-yook and even paper-wrapped chicken, which we tried...

However, unless you are really really ravenous, I would suggest you stick to their signature Yong Tau Fu as they are truly worth your money and some repeated visits as well!
